AI Routing: The Pathfinding Engine
Upload a logical schematic (Netlist) and a 3D environment envelope. The engine generates physical topologies that minimize total mass while respecting keep-out zones, heat sources, and bend radius constraints.
The Math Behind It
We use a specialized A* variant combined with simulated annealing to explore the solution space. It accounts for bundle diameter dynamically as wires are added or removed from a branch. If a branch grows too thick for a given pass-through, the algorithm backtracks and splits the harness.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does this integrate with NX or CATIA?
Yes. We output standard PLMXML and KBL formats that import directly into standard 3D CAD environments.
Can it handle twisted pairs?
Absolutely. The engine applies a length multiplier for twisted pairs based on the specified pitch, accurately calculating total copper mass.
